Handwriting House Teacher Stamp – letter height guide for ruled paper, Year 1 HS194

This practical stamp with a handwriting house motif gives children the perfect support while they learn neat, well-proportioned handwriting. Tuned to the ruled line format of Year 1, the impression shows the three important writing zones - loft, living area and cellar - right in the exercise book.

It gives pupils an orientation that is easy to grasp:
Tall letters reach up into the roof, middle-sized ones stay in the living area and letters with descenders go down into the cellar. Keeping to the lines and the right proportions becomes playful practice.

The stamp is ideal for early literacy lessons as well as for individual support. That way you can give targeted help without having to draw in guide lines every single time.

The impression is exactly 15mm high. We mount the stamp plate centred on the left-hand edge, which makes it easier to position when stamping - simply place it centred against the left edge of the line (see product video). Of course you can also shift the stamp plate yourself as needed.
